Closer Design · The Orchestrator

You need an orchestrator.

AI made execution cheap. Copy, code, ads and reports are on tap. What your business is missing is one accountable owner who decides what gets built, in what order, with which tools and AI agents, and who answers for the result. That's the job we do.

For owner-led businesses already spending on ads. No deck. In 20 minutes you'll know if this fits.

01 · The problem

Your problem isn't execution.

It's that nobody owns it. You've tried the three usual fixes. Each one adds cost and moves the accountability somewhere else.

Fix #1

More tools

Every SaaS solves one slice. Nobody connects them, nobody runs them, and the logins pile up. You're paying for subscriptions, not for results.

Fix #2

More hires

Expensive to find, slow to ramp, hard to manage. And often trained on the tools that solved last year's problems.

Fix #3

Another agency

They sell hours and deliverables. Accountability gets split across an account team, and every report ends with "we need more budget."

The fix →

One owner who decides, wires, runs and measures, on a platform built for it. Not a vendor for tasks. An orchestrator for outcomes.

AI can do the work. Someone still has to run the project.

02 · The orchestrator

One owner.
Every lever.

An orchestrator doesn't add another layer of work. It decides which work matters, then makes sure it ships and gets measured.

01

Sets priorities tied to revenue

Not to whichever tool, vendor or task is shouting loudest this week.

02

Picks and wires the tools and agents

The ones that fit your actual business, connected so data moves without copy-paste.

03

Runs the platform

Site, CRM, WhatsApp leads, store, booking, subscriptions. Operated, not just installed.

04

Measures end to end

Server-side conversion tracking to Google and Meta, so your ad spend learns from real leads and sales.

05

Ships every week

Improvements go live weekly, with a plain-language report on what moved and what didn't.

06

Answers for the result

One accountable owner for outcomes. When something breaks, you know exactly who fixes it.

03 · How it works

Sprint first.
Then we run it.

No long proposals and no open-ended discovery. You start with a paid, fixed-scope sprint that leaves you with something working, whether or not you keep us.

2–4 weeks · fixed scope

The orchestration sprint

We take your business apart, decide what matters, and put the machine in place.

  • Audit of your funnel, stack, spend and data
  • A ranked list of priorities tied to revenue
  • Tools and AI agents chosen and wired
  • Conversion tracking live, server-side
Monthly retainer

The orchestrator, on call

We run it. Priced against what it replaces (a marketing hire, a pile of tools and an agency), not hours.

  • One accountable owner for your growth
  • Weekly shipping across site, ads and CRM
  • AI agents doing the execution, checked by a human
  • A report on what moved, every week
Sprint → retainer. You only continue if the sprint proved it.
04 · The offers

Take as much orchestration as you need.

Every layer sits on the one below it. Start where you are, then move up when the numbers say so.

05 · Proof

We don't pitch this. We run on it.

Closer Design is the working model. The company itself is orchestrated: one owner, an AI team, and a platform built in-house.

Proof 01

A company run by one orchestrator and an AI team

Juan C. Rodriguez runs Closer Design with a team of AI agents, each with a defined role. He sets the priorities and approves what ships. The agents do the execution. Your project gets the same setup.

  • Agents draft, a human approves. Nothing ships or gets sent without sign-off.
  • Every agent has one job and one boss. No committees, no handoffs into the void.
  • Stalled work gets chased. A daily sprint check flags anything stuck for two days.
  • Releases go out weekly, bundled and announced in plain language.

Our own platform, built since 2017

06 · FAQ

Straight answers.

Isn't this just an agency with a new name?

No. An agency sells hours and deliverables, and the accountability gets split across an account team. An orchestrator owns the outcome: what gets built, in what order, and whether it paid off. AI agents do most of the execution, so you're paying for judgment and ownership, not headcount.

Do I have to switch platforms?

Not on day one. The sprint starts with what you already run. If our platform is a better base for your site, CRM, booking or store, we'll show you why with your own numbers, and you decide.

Who is this for?

Owner-led businesses that already spend on ads and feel they've outgrown "more tools." It fits best for booking-led services, subscription and D2C brands, and high-ticket lead generation.

What does it cost?

The sprint is a fixed scope at a fixed price, agreed before we start. Retainers are priced against what they replace (a marketing hire, the tool stack and agency fees), not by the hour. If you only want the platform, Presencia is $199/mo.

Who actually does the work?

AI agents do the execution: code, QA, copy, reporting. A human orchestrator sets priorities, reviews what ships and answers to you. Nothing goes live without a person signing off.

What happens on the 20-minute call?

You tell us what's stuck. We ask about your funnel, your stack and your ad spend. Before the call ends, you'll hear whether a sprint makes sense and what it would focus on. There's no deck and no pressure.
